Duleek-Bellewstown snatched a draw in this 4th Round SFC match in

Ratoath on Sunday afternoon by scoring a goal with practically the last

kick of the ball to end Moynalvey’s hope of qualifying for the

knock-out stages of the SFC.

Indeed Duleek-Bellewstown opened their account with a goal from David

Moore in the second minute.    D/B went 1-02 up with further points

from Mark Collins (Free) and John Flood before Moynalvey pointed from a

Free. Points were exchanged with Johnny McDonnell scoring for D/B.

Further points from John Flood (2) Mark Collins (2) saw D/B go in

1-07 to 0-04 at half time.

On the re-start 2 Moynalvey points brought the deficit back to 4

points before Johnny McDonnell scored D/B's only point of the 2nd

Half. 8 unanswered points from Moynalvey was surely enough to see

them take the points from this game and leave them with a real chance

of qualifying for the knockout stages before their last match of this SFC

Group A. However a goal from Eanna Byrne for D/B on the stroke of

full-time ended all Moynalvey's hopes to leave the final score
