BFL3: Castletown comeback halts Duleek/Bell

Castletown came through this game with a four point victory from a windy Bellewstown on Saturday afternoon.

The eventual winners held a 0-4 to 0-3 halftime lead having played into the strong wind, with the scores coming from Robert Hoey, Declan Cribben, Kenneth Smith and Frances Hoey. Duleek/Bellewstown's scores came from Warren Cudden, Jaimie Bissett and Ian O'Brien.

In a competitive second period Castletown took victory with Cribben scoring a further 1-3, Smith 0-4, Robert Hoey 0-1 and Paul Smith with a point.

Although Duleek/Bellewstown did not give up without a fight they came out losers in the end by four points despite some fine scores from Jaimie Bissett (0-04), Kieron Collins (0-02) and a fine goal from full forward man Tony Andrews. 

Best for Duleek/Bellewstown were Karl Reilly, Oran Curley, Wayne Noone and Jaimie Bissett.
